Customer Service

We want you to be completely happy with your Happygram and if you aren't smiling ear to ear because its damaged or hasn't met your expectations then neither are we! Please get in touch as soon as it has been delivered and we’ll either refund your money or offer a full replacement.

Your privacy is important to us so you can happily use our site and know you’re protected. We don’t sell or provide your details to any third parties. Only the postie knows where to deliver the goods. You have the option to opt out of our newsletters when making payment but if you do you might miss a great special!

Payments

We use Paypal for our transactions which is completely safe and secure. We do not have access to your card details as this is kept in the safe hands of Paypal.

Delivery

We include a FREE delivery service across New Zealand with tracked and next day delivery. Please note, all orders must be made before 11.30am to be included for next working day delivery. If you are ordering past that time and require next day delivery please get in touch and we will try our best.

We have a surcharge for:
Rural deliveries (RD address) $4.60
Saturday delivery $5.75
These options can be confirmed during the payment process.
We can also deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not offer a Sunday or public holiday delivery service.
All orders made on Friday will be due to arrive on the next working business day.
All our gifts are packaged very securely. If by chance yours is damaged, we’ll be quick as a flash to replace it, or offer your money back.

We use Courier Post for our delivery service and while they do their very best to make sure your gift is delivered the next business day it can not be guaranteed. Please let us know if your Happygram hasn't arrived on time and we can make it a priority to track down.

Liquor Purchases
Customers must be 18 or over to make purchases containing alcohol from this website. It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor.
